Enquiries are not bookings
Sending a WhatsApp message, email or other enquiry does not create a booking or payment obligation. A booking is confirmed only through the steps provided with your final plan.
Prices and availability
Displayed prices are starting estimates. Availability, final price, inclusions, payment timing and cancellation terms are confirmed for your specific date and group.
Local operators
Tours are delivered by local hosts and operators. Hiking, rafting, canyoning, via ferrata, quad and camping tours are operated by Bosnia Outdoor Adventures. Their activity-specific requirements and safety decisions apply, and will be communicated before confirmation.
Changes
Outdoor routes, timings and meeting points may change because of weather, water, access or other local conditions. Material changes will be explained as soon as practical.
Scope of these terms
These terms cover the current enquiry-led booking process. If online checkout or new payment options are introduced, the applicable conditions will be shown before purchase.
